Malibu Cafe is a backpacker cafes (budget hotel), it is located along the Chulia Street with a few rooms upstairs, in Georgetown of Penang Island.It's the usual basic arrangement, with simple but clean rooms with shared facilities. The rooms are above the cafe and are of the usual budget standard.
