Chymes is located at the Tanjung Bungah of Penang Island. It is designed to give travelers the feeling of living in the comfort of a home whilst on holiday. Guests will not be greeted by a typical hotel lobby but instead a living room with big sofas and lazy chair for guests to laze around in. There is a lounge area for our guests to rest and relax while watching cable TV or just enjoying a book/magazine. Free WIFI internet access is available for guests to keep connected with friends and family while they are on holiday.
All 6 rooms in Chymes are tastefully decorated with individual themes. Each room comes complete with private and spacious bathroom with rain shower experience equipped with towels, your own selected bath wash, shampoo, pillow selection for your sleeping comfort, individually controlled air-condition and daily housekeeping. We do not provide television in the rooms as we encourage our guests to go out, explore, bask in the sun and simply just to have fun.
Chymes could be taken as a boutique bed and breakfast as we believe in personalized service. Breakfast is served in the garden for our guests to enjoy the serene surroundings lined with a scenic view of coconut trees.
